Arrival in Addis Ababa – City Tour

Upon arrival at Bole International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to your hotel. After check-in and a short rest, begin your exploration of Ethiopia’s vibrant capital.
Visit the renowned Ethnological Museum, located within Addis Ababa University, offering deep insight into Ethiopia’s diverse cultures and history. Continue to the historic Holy Trinity Cathedral, one of the most important religious sites in the country.
Later, explore Mercato, the largest open-air market in Africa, where daily life unfolds in a colorful and bustling atmosphere. End the day with a scenic drive up Entoto Hill for panoramic views of the city and a glimpse into Addis Ababa’s origins.

Fly to Lalibela – Explore Rock-Hewn Churches

Take a morning flight to Lalibela, Ethiopia’s spiritual heart. Upon arrival, begin exploring the extraordinary rock-hewn churches, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Visit the first cluster, including the iconic Bete Medhane Alem, believed to be the largest monolithic church in the world, and the intricately carved Bete Maryam. Continue through interconnected tunnels and passageways to discover more sacred structures.
In the afternoon, visit the second cluster, highlighted by the world-famous Bete Giyorgis, a perfectly carved cross-shaped church standing in isolation.
After the visit, fly back to Addis Ababa.

Visit Lake Chamo – Return to Addis Ababa

In the morning, take a trip on Lake Chamo, located within Nech Sar National Park. The lake is famous for its large populations of crocodiles, hippos, and abundant birdlife. A highlight is the “Crocodile Market,” where dozens of giant Nile crocodiles bask along the shores.
After the excursion, transfer to the airport and fly back to Addis Ababa.
