Nairobi - Lake Nakuru National Park
The safari starts with an early pickup from Nairobi. After a couple hours of driving, you will begin your descent into the Rift Valley, and not long after, enter Lake Nakuru National Park.
Upon arrival, you will encounter the sparkling lake. Its shores are adorned with flamingos, while pelicans float on the water’s surface. In the acacia woodland of Lake Nakuru, tranquil white rhinos lumber and Rothschild’s giraffes graze on the yellow-barked trees. Overall, the game drive feels like a gradual unveiling.

By afternoon, the Ngorongoro highlands come into view, and the crater appears like a sunken world dropping away.
