The safari starts with an early pickup from Nairobi. After a couple of hours of driving, you begin your descent into the Rift Valley and not long after you’re entering Lake Nakuru National Park.

Upon your arrival, you encounter the sparkling lake. Its shores are adorned with flamingos, while pelicans float on the water's surface. In the acacia woodland of Lake Nakuru, white rhinos are lumbering and tranquil.

Rothschild’s giraffes browse on the yellow-barked trees. The game drive feels like a gradual unveiling, but even before the evening arrives, there is still a lot of wildlife that you experience here.

You retire to your nearby lodge after exiting the park at sunset.
