Depart by road for Tsavo East National Park, Kenya’s largest protected area. Arrive in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive. Tsavo East is an excellent destination for wildlife viewing, with open landscapes and sparse vegetation that make animal sightings easier. Although the park is crossed by one of Kenya’s major rivers, its scenery is generally flatter and drier compared to Tsavo West. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge.

Enjoy a morning game drive in Tsavo East before continuing with a picnic lunch en route to Tsavo West National Park. Tsavo West is the most visited section of Tsavo, offering a range of attractions beyond its wildlife. One of the main highlights is the famous Mzima Springs, where millions of litres of cool, crystal-clear water emerge daily through porous volcanic rocks. This water is believed to originate from the Chyulu Hills via an underground river. Dinner and overnight stay will be at a campsite or lodge.

Located south of Nairobi, Amboseli is largely made up of a dry, ancient lakebed and fragile grasslands with patches of acacia woodland.
