In the afternoon, you will embark on a boat cruise along the scenic Kazinga Channel, home to a wealth of wildlife. You'll get up close to hippos, buffaloes, crocodiles, and elephants, all of which frequently bathe along the channel’s banks. The area is also a haven for birdlife, with notable species including the shoebill, pelican, and jacana.

Accompanied by an experienced guide, venture into the lush, dense jungle to track the majestic mountain gorillas. The trek may take anywhere from 1 to 8 hours, depending on the gorillas’ movements. Once you locate these extraordinary creatures, relish the rare opportunity to observe them in their natural habitat. After the trek, continue to Lake Bunyonyi, where a serene sunset boat cruise awaits to cap off your day in style.
