Day 1

Tarangire National Park

Tarangire National Park

You’ll be picked up from your hotel and introduced to your guide and chef before departing for Tarangire National Park, about a two-hour drive away. Known for its iconic baobab trees and large elephant herds, the park offers excellent opportunities to observe these animals in their natural habitat.

Enjoy a game drive through areas rich in wildlife. While predators such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards can be elusive, you’re likely to see giraffes, zebras, and wildebeests.

Stop for a scenic lunch at the Tarangire River picnic site, where you can relax while watching nearby wildlife just be mindful of curious monkeys and baboons.

After your safari, continue to your lodge in Mto wa Mbu for an overnight stay.
