Deception Vally

Deception Valley Area top choice for the proximity to game-rich pans. This is the most active area for wildlife, especially after summer rains (December–March), when large herds of springbok and gemsbok attract black-maned lions and cheetahs. High success rates for spotting wildebeest, oryx, with occasional sightings of leopard and brown hyena.

Kgori Campsite

Located directly along a side track in Deception Valley. This campsite offers a high degree of privacy and are situated in sparse bush with views over the open valley and pan, widely considered the best due to its large size, shade, and a viewpoint overlooking the pan. Explore this area on your 2 nights stay, we always go for a morning and afternoon game drives. Frequently seen animals include lions, cheetahs, leopards, brown hyenas, and wild dogs. Common sightings include gemsbok (oryx), springbok, hartebeest, giraffes, and steenboks, you also have chance to see small mammals like Bat-eared foxes, silver foxes, honey badgers, and ground squirrels are active in the area.
