Day 2

Upon arrival at Tarangire National Park, your safari adventure truly begins in one of Tanzania’s most beautiful and wildlife-rich parks. Famous for its landscapes dotted with ancient baobab trees and the life-giving Tarangire River, the park offers a unique and peaceful atmosphere, especially for first-time visitors.

As you enter the park, you can expect to see large herds of elephants, which Tarangire is well known for, often moving gracefully across the plains or gathering near the river to drink. After breakfast, you will depart from Mto wa mbu and begin your scenic journey toward the famous Central Serengeti. Along the way, you will enjoy a game drive, giving you opportunities to spot wildlife even during the transfer.

As you enter the vast plains of the Serengeti, you can expect incredible wildlife sightings. This area is well known for its high concentration of animals, including lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and large herds of wildebeest.
