Your journey begins with a scenic road transfer from Victoria Falls Airport into the heart of the Hwange ecosystem. Your first evening features a sunset game drive through the estate, where the golden light illuminates herds of elephants and shy nocturnal species beginning their activity.

Predator Dawn & The Thundering Smoke

​We rise for an early morning game drive, the golden window for spotting big cats finishing their nocturnal hunts. The cool morning air is electric with the calls of over 400 bird species and the rustle of plains game. Following a hearty breakfast, we depart the Hwange bush and transfer back to Victoria Falls for a profound change of pace.
​You will be dropped at the Victoria Falls Rainforest for a self-guided walk. Following the winding paths through the lush, permanent mist, you will experience the sheer geological power of Mosi-oa-Tunya (The Smoke That Thunders) from various spectacular viewpoints. Stand at the precipice as the Zambezi River plunges into the Batoka Gorge, a truly humbling finale to your wildlife journey. In the late afternoon, a short transfer takes you to the serene Dzimbahwe Guest Lodge for a relaxed evening in the adventure capital.
