Day 2

After breakfast in Arusha, you depart for Tarangire National Park, a stunning wilderness known for its massive elephant herds and iconic baobab-studded landscapes. Upon arrival, you begin a full-day game drive across diverse habitats of river valleys, woodlands, and open savannahs. Expect excellent wildlife sightings including lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, and various antelope species. The Tarangire River attracts large concentrations of animals, especially during dry seasons, creating exciting viewing opportunities.
