Depart Nairobi in the morning and drive down the scenic Great Rift Valley escarpment, stopping briefly at a viewpoint for photos before continuing to Lake Naivasha. Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge, followed by a relaxed afternoon. You can opt for a boat ride on the lake to spot hippos and a variety of birdlife, or visit Crescent Island for a guided walking safari among giraffes, zebras, and antelope. Spend the evening unwinding at your lodge with dinner and an overnight stay by the lakeshore.
