Day 1

Your adventure begins with a flight from Zanzibar then scenic drive from Arusha to Tarangire National Park, a haven of ancient baobab trees, rolling hills, and the life-giving Tarangire River. Known for its large elephant herds, Tarangire also boasts rich wildlife including zebras, giraffes, wildebeests, lions, and leopards. After breakfast, you’ll begin your journey northward through the Ngorongoro highlands and into the iconic Serengeti National Park. The drive itself is a scenic experience, offering glimpses of Maasai villages and sweeping vistas. Upon entering the Serengeti, game viewing begins immediately, expect to see big cats, herds of buffaloes, wildebeests, and perhaps elephants walking across the endless plains.

Depending on the season, you may witness parts of the Great Wildebeest Migration, one of nature’s most awe-inspiring events. You’ll arrive at your stay in the central Serengeti for a warm welcome, sunset drinks, and dinner served under the stars.

After a sunrise breakfast, you’ll embark on a morning game drive in the Serengeti, capturing the wildlife as it comes alive in the cool hours of the day. Your morning game drive offers the best chance to witness wildlife in a compact yet dynamic ecosystem.

Enjoy a picnic lunch in the crater floor surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. After your final game viewing session, ascend the crater and begin your comfortable return journey to Arusha the tranfer to airport fly to Zanzibar, marking the end of an unforgettable safari.
