Begin the day with an early breakfast before heading out into the conservancy during the cool morning hours, when wildlife is most active, and the chances of encountering predators are at their best.
Proceed for an extended morning game drive focusing on tracking movements across different habitats. Early morning (dawn) is considered the best time for tracking the black leopard before they rest in the shade for the rest of the day. You may also spot other big cats like prides of lions and cheetahs. Return to camp for lunch and a short rest.
In the afternoon, depart for another game drive exploring new sections of the Loisaba Conservancy, offering opportunities to encounter elephants, Grevy’s zebras, reticulated giraffes, and a variety of plains game.
