With PrideMark Safaris, you’ll start the day with breakfast before heading for a briefing ahead of your chimpanzee tracking adventure in Kibale National Park. Chimpanzees, our closest relatives, are among the most endangered primates, and the forest is also home to black-and-white colobus, L’Hoest’s monkey, mangabeys, red-tailed monkeys, bush babies, and pottos.
The park is equally rich in birdlife, including species such as the green-breasted pitta, crowned eagle, and black bee-eater, with occasional sightings of elephants. After the trek, you’ll transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park, where you’ll relax for the evening.

With PrideMark Safaris, you’ll begin your day with an early morning game drive along the Kasenyi Track in the northern section of Queen Elizabeth National Park. This area is ideal for spotting lions, elephants, buffaloes, and large herds of Uganda kob, often seen in predator-rich hunting grounds.
After returning to the lodge for breakfast, you’ll enjoy a relaxing boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, offering close encounters with hippos, buffaloes, and a variety of bird species including kingfishers, pelicans, and storks.

With PrideMark Safaris, after breakfast you’ll set off on a scenic drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Along the way, enjoy stunning views of the Kigezi highlands, often called the “Switzerland of Africa,” with rolling hills and terraced landscapes.
You’ll arrive in the evening, check in at your lodge, enjoy dinner, and relax overnight as you prepare for the next day’s gorilla trekking experience.

Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
With PrideMark Safaris, you’ll start your day with an early breakfast before heading to the park headquarters in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park for a briefing on gorilla trekking guidelines. Trained rangers will then guide you into the dense rainforest in search of the mountain gorillas. Due to unpredictable weather, a raincoat and hiking boots are recommended, and porters can be hired to assist with your backpack.
The trek may last between 2 and 7 hours depending on the gorilla family’s location, with some routes being steep and challenging. Once found, you’ll spend one unforgettable hour observing them in their natural habitat. After the experience, return to your lodge for a late lunch or enjoy a packed meal in the forest—one of the highlights of your Uganda safari.

With PrideMark Safaris, the journey to Lake Mburo National Park takes you through beautiful countryside landscapes filled with plantations and local farms. Along the way, you may visit a cultural museum to learn about the traditions and lifestyle of nearby communities.
You’ll enjoy lunch or a picnic stop at a roadside restaurant before continuing your drive. Upon arrival in the park, you’ll set out for an evening game drive to explore its rich wildlife and scenic savannah.
