Day 1

Begin with an early morning pick-up after breakfast and drive to Mount Longonot, passing through the scenic Great Rift Valley with a short stop for photos and a bathroom break along the way. You will arrive at the starting point around 8:30am, where you will receive a brief introduction before beginning your hike. The initial 3 km ascent is both exciting and ideal for warming up and acclimatizing. Once you reach the crater rim, you will enjoy incredible panoramic views as you walk along its edge. The hike concludes around 2:00pm, followed by lunch on the way back to Nairobi, where you will be dropped off at your hotel or the airport.
