Pause for a picnic lunch at a picturesque viewpoint before continuing your game drive. In the evening, you’ll arrive at your budget camp for dinner and an overnight stay immersed in the wilderness.

Start your day early with a sunrise game drive in Tarangire National Park. After breakfast, continue exploring the park before heading to Mto wa Mbu for lunch and a cultural experience. In the afternoon, you’ll visit local communities, explore banana farms, rice plantations, traditional artworks, forests, and nearby waterfalls. You can choose to discover the area on foot or by bicycle. Dinner and overnight accommodations will be at Fig Tree Lodge.

Journey to Serengeti & Afternoon Game Drive
After an early breakfast, you will depart for the iconic Serengeti National Park, enjoying a scenic 4 to 5-hour drive through the beautiful crater highlands. Along the way, the journey offers exciting en-route game viewing as you pass through changing landscapes, from rolling hills to the vast open plains that lead into the Serengeti ecosystem.
You will stop for a picnic lunch near Naabi Hill Gate, the main entrance to the park, while enjoying stunning views of the endless savannah. After lunch, you will enter the Serengeti and begin an afternoon game drive across its famous golden plains, home to abundant wildlife including lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, and wildebeests.
As the sun sets over the horizon, painting the sky in warm colors, you will continue your drive to Seronera area for dinner, relaxation, and an overnight stay at the campsite, surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness.

Today, you’ll spend the entire day immersed in the wonders of Serengeti National Park. Begin with an early morning game drive at sunrise, returning to camp for breakfast. After packing a lunch, embark on a full-day safari across the stunning Serengeti plains, in pursuit of the Big Five and other incredible wildlife.
Serengeti offers more than just large mammals, over 500 bird species have been recorded here, from the towering ostrich and unique secretary bird of the open grasslands to the majestic black eagles soaring above the savannah. As you continue your wildlife search throughout the day, you’ll soak in the breathtaking landscapes before returning to camp at sunset for dinner and an overnight stay.

We’ll start the day early, departing the campsite around 6:00 a.m. for a sunrise game drive when the animals are most active. Mid-morning, we’ll stop at a picnic site to enjoy breakfast in the bush. Afterward, the game drive continues before returning to camp around noon for a hot lunch. Once packed, we’ll depart the Serengeti and head to Ngorongoro, where you’ll enjoy dinner and spend the night at Simba Campsite.

Day 6
Ngorongoro Crater Exploration & Return to Arusha
Ngorongoro Crater Exploration & Return to Arusha
At 6:00 a.m., we’ll board the safari vehicle and descend into the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater with a packed breakfast. This remarkable conservation area, spanning approximately 260 square kilometres (100 square miles) and nearly 20 kilometres (12 miles) in diameter, is home to nearly every species of East African wildlife, including the rare black rhino, which we may be lucky enough to spot. You’ll have around 5 to 6 hours to explore the diverse landscapes and abundant wildlife.
After the game drive, we’ll ascend from the crater and return to the campsite for your final meal with us. Then, we’ll drive back to Arusha, with an expected arrival time between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
