Flight time is approximately 45–60 minutes, with a game drive distance of about 30–50 km.
Your safari begins with a morning transfer from your city hotel to Wilson Airport for a scheduled bush flight to the Masai Mara National Reserve, typically operated by regional airlines such as Safarilink or AirKenya.
As you fly over the Great Rift Valley, you will enjoy spectacular aerial views of escarpments, rivers, and endless savannah. Upon landing at the Mara airstrip, your professional guide will meet you for a game drive en route to camp, where wildlife sightings often begin immediately, including zebras, giraffes, gazelles, and elephants, with chances of spotting lions and cheetahs.
After lunch and some rest at camp, you will head out for an afternoon game drive in the Talek region between 15:30 and 18:30.

Day 2
Masai Mara Safari (Predators & Mara River)

Game driving distance is approximately 60–90 km.
You will begin with an early sunrise game drive in the Masai Mara National Reserve from 06:30–10:00, when predators are most active and the soft morning light is ideal for photography. Your guide will explore prime wildlife areas with open grasslands where lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and jackals are commonly seen.
After returning to camp for breakfast and relaxation, you will head out again for an afternoon game drive from 15:30–18:30. This may include a visit to the Mara River, home to large pods of hippos and Nile crocodiles.
Between July and October, the river becomes a dramatic stage for the Great Migration, as thousands of wildebeest attempt river crossings.
An optional hot-air balloon safari at sunrise is available, followed by a champagne bush breakfast.

Day 3

Game driving distance is approximately 70–100 km.
Today you will continue exploring different regions of the Masai Mara National Reserve. Depending on wildlife movement, your guide may extend the morning game drive or arrange a full-day safari with a picnic lunch, allowing deeper exploration of areas with high wildlife density. During the day, you may also opt for a walking safari with an armed guide for a more intimate experience of the Mara.
In the afternoon, you will visit a traditional Maasai village, where community members share their pastoral lifestyle, traditional homes, and cultural heritage. You may also learn about nearby community conservancies that support wildlife protection and local livelihoods.
You will return to camp in the evening in time for sundowners overlooking the savannah.

Morning Safari & Flight Back to Nairobi
Morning Safari & Flight Back to Nairobi
Flight time is approximately 45–60 minutes.
After a relaxed breakfast, you will enjoy a short morning game drive in the Masai Mara National Reserve from 07:00–09:30, offering a final opportunity to spot wildlife before departure.
You will then transfer to the Masai Mara airstrip for your scheduled flight back to Nairobi. Flights typically depart late morning and arrive at Wilson Airport around midday, where you will be met and transferred to your hotel or onward travel connection.
