Arusha is the gateway to Tanzania’s famous northern safari circuit and the perfect place to begin your adventure. Depending on your arrival time, you may relax at the hotel or receive a short safari briefing from your guide about the exciting days ahead.

Day 2

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, famous for its giant baobab trees and large elephant herds. The scenic drive passes through local villages and beautiful countryside landscapes before arriving at the park.

Once inside, enjoy an exciting game drive across the savannah plains and along the Tarangire River, where many animals gather throughout the year. You may spot elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, buffaloes, antelopes, ostriches, and many colorful bird species.
