Depending on your hotel location in Dar es Salaam, our driver will pick you up at 5:00 am and transfer you to the airport for your morning flight to Arusha. Upon arrival at 9:15 am, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional safari guide, who will provide a short briefing before your exciting adventure begins.

Afterward, enjoy a scenic 2-hour drive to Tarangire National Park through beautiful landscapes filled with rolling grasslands, towering ancient baobab trees, traditional Maasai villages and herds of livestock guided by the Maasai people.

Tarangire is famous for its giant elephant herds, majestic baobab trees and rich wildlife including lions, leopards, cheetahs and the rare tree-climbing pythons. Enjoy an exciting game drive through this breathtaking wilderness, followed by a delicious hot picnic lunch served inside the park.

Continue exploring the park’s diverse habitats and incredible wildlife before driving to the beautiful lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2

Tarangire to Serengeti Game drive

After an early breakfast at around 6:00 AM, you will depart for the world-famous Serengeti National Park on a scenic 3–4 hour drive through the spectacular Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Along the way, you will enjoy breathtaking views of the iconic Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s most remarkable natural wonders.

As you continue toward the Serengeti, expect to encounter abundant wildlife across the vast southern plains, where large concentrations of game are often seen roaming freely in their natural habitat. You will stop en route for a delightful picnic lunch surrounded by stunning wilderness scenery before continuing your adventure deeper into the Serengeti.

Arrive in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay at a luxury tented camp inside the Serengeti.

Day 3

After breakfast at around 6:00 AM, you will set out for an unforgettable early morning game drive in the legendary Serengeti National Park. This is one of the best times to witness the park come alive, as predators return from the hunt and herds of wildlife roam across the endless golden plains. During your game drive, you will experience the Serengeti’s breathtaking beauty, diverse landscapes and extraordinary wildlife one last time.

Around midday, you will enjoy a scenic picnic lunch in the heart of the wilderness surrounded by nature and stunning views. After lunch, you will continue with a transfer game drive en route toward the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater rim, with more opportunities to spot wildlife along the journey.

Arrive in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay at a comfortable lodge near the crater rim.

Day 4

After an early breakfast, you will journey toward the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, stopping first at the famous crater viewpoint to enjoy spectacular panoramic scenery and unforgettable photo opportunities. You will then descend 600 meters into the crater floor for an incredible wildlife experience in one of Africa’s most remarkable natural wonders.

The crater is home to an amazing variety of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, hippos and with luck, the rare black rhino. Around lunchtime, you will enjoy a picnic lunch beside the beautiful hippo lake surrounded by stunning scenery.

In the late afternoon, you will ascend from the crater and drive back to Arusha for your flight to Zanzibar, where upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel.
