Day 2

After breakfast in Arusha City, you will depart for Tarangire National Park, enjoying a scenic drive through rural landscapes, open plains, and Maasai villages along the way. Upon arrival, you will begin your exciting game drive in one of Tanzania’s most beautiful parks, famous for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. You may encounter lions, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, wildebeests, and many bird species around the Tarangire River, which attracts animals throughout the year. In the afternoon, you will continue exploring the park before heading to your lodge or campsite for dinner and overnight stay surrounded by nature.

To the Endless Plain

After an early breakfast, you will depart for Serengeti National Park, enjoying a scenic drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with breathtaking views of highlands, volcanic landscapes, and Maasai villages along the way. Upon entering Serengeti, you will begin an exciting afternoon game drive across the endless plains, famous for their incredible wildlife and dramatic scenery. You may spot lions, elephants, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and other wildlife roaming freely in their natural habitat. In the evening, you will arrive at your campsite or lodge inside Serengeti for dinner, relaxation, and overnight stay under the African sky.

After an early breakfast, you will descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive in one of Africa’s most unique wildlife destinations. The crater floor offers an incredible concentration of wildlife, giving you excellent chances to see the Big Five, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, hippos, and the rare black rhino. You will explore diverse habitats such as open grasslands, forests, and lakes while enjoying breathtaking scenery inside the volcanic caldera. A picnic lunch will be served at a scenic spot inside the crater. In the afternoon, you will continue your game drive before ascending the crater walls and heading to your lodge or campsite for dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will depart from your lodge and head to Lake Manyara National Park for a final morning game drive. The park is known for its stunning scenery, with lush groundwater forests, the Great Rift Valley escarpment, and the beautiful soda lake that attracts flamingos and other bird species. You will enjoy sightings of elephants, giraffes, zebras, baboons, hippos, and possibly the famous tree-climbing lions of Lake Manyara. After a rewarding safari experience and picnic lunch inside the park, you will begin your journey back to Arusha City, arriving in the late afternoon with unforgettable memories of your Tanzania safari adventure.

On your final day, you will depart from Arusha for a scenic drive to Materuni Village, located on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by the local Chagga community and begin a guided walk through lush green plantations and tropical scenery to the beautiful Materuni Waterfalls. You can enjoy the refreshing view, take photos, and relax in the natural surroundings. After the waterfall visit, you will take part in an authentic coffee tour where you will learn how local coffee is grown, harvested, roasted, and prepared using traditional methods. You will also enjoy tasting freshly brewed coffee made by the villagers. Later in the afternoon, you will return to Arusha City, marking the end of your unforgettable Tanzania adventure.
