Arrival and Kampala city tour

Upon arrival at the airport, you will be welcomed by your guide who will pick you and take you to the hotel for check in. Later, drive to the city for tour exploring Uganda’s cultural, historical, and religious landmarks. Begin with visiting places such as the Uganda Museum to discover rich ethnological and historical exhibits, Kasubi Tombs a UNESCO World Heritage site and the burial grounds for the Buganda kings, the serene Baha'i Temple, the only one of its kind in Africa, sitting beautifully on Kikaya Hill.

Later, visit the historical Namirembe Cathedral (the oldest Anglican cathedral) and Rubaga Cathedral as you’re getting back to your accommodation and evening relaxation. In the evening, enjoy a vibrant cultural performance at Ndere Cultural Centre, where traditional music, dance, storytelling, and cuisine showcase Uganda’s diverse cultures. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Transfer from Kampala to jinja

After breakfast, depart from Kampala and transfer to Jinja, a journey of approximately 80 km that takes about 2–3 hours, depending on traffic. Upon arrival, check in at your lodge and enjoy lunch while taking in the beautiful views of the Nile River.

In the afternoon, embark on a relaxing boat cruise to the Source of the Nile, where you will enjoy scenic views, birdlife, and the peaceful atmosphere of Uganda's most famous river. After the cruise, return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Transfer from jinja to sipi falls

After morning breakfast, you will enjoy water rafting on the nile before heading to Sipi falls, then after continue eastward through Mbale toward the beautiful Sipi Falls region located on the foothills of Mount Elgon. The scenic drive takes approximately 5–6 hours and passes through rural communities, local markets, sugarcane plantations, and the rolling landscapes of eastern Uganda. Upon arrival, check in at your lodge and relax while enjoying breathtaking views of the waterfalls, Mount Elgon slopes, and the surrounding Karamoja plains before dinner and overnight stay.

Sipi falls hiking and coffee tour

Spend the day exploring the spectacular waterfalls of Sipi through guided hikes and nature walks. Enjoy breathtaking views, caves, cliffs, and lush vegetation around Mount Elgon. Later in the evening, participate in a traditional Arabica coffee experience with local farmers where you learn the coffee-making process from harvesting to roasting and tasting.

Community visit and Cultural exploration

After breakfast, set out for a cultural tour of the Sabiny community, one of the indigenous communities living on the slopes of Mount Elgon. This immersive experience offers an opportunity to learn about the traditions, customs, and daily lifestyle of the local people.

During the visit, interact with community members, explore traditional homesteads, and learn about local farming practices, including the cultivation and processing of Arabica coffee, one of the region's most important crops. You may also participate in traditional activities, enjoy cultural performances, and listen to stories that highlight the rich heritage of the Sabiny people.

After the community visit, return to the lodge for lunch and spend the rest of the day relaxing while enjoying the spectacular views of Sipi Falls and the surrounding landscape. Dinner and overnight stay at your lodge.

Return back to Kampala

After breakfast, check out and meet your safari guide for the journey back to Kampala. En route, stop for lunch in Jinja, Uganda’s adventure capital with the view to the Source of the Nile, where the mighty river begins its long journey to the Mediterranean Sea.
Arrive in Kampala in the evening, will be transfered to Entebbe International Airport for your onward departure, bringing your 6 days Kampala and Sipi falls tour to the end.
