Dar es Salaam - Mikumi National Park for Amazing Guided Game Drive & Overnight Stay

Our professional safari guide will pick you up early in the morning (around 5:30 am) from your hotel or preferred location in Dar es Salaam.

You'll transfer westward for about 1 & a half to 2 hours to Mikumi National Park via Morogoro town, passing scenic landscapes and charming villages. Upon arrival, you'll enter the park for an afternoon game drive with a picnic lunch.

You'll explore the Mkata floodplain, home to lions, herds of elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, and plains game such as zebras and impalas. Later in the afternoon, you'll exit the park and check into your lodge.

Full-Day Game Drives in Mikumi National Park Inside the Private Safari Jeep and Overnight Stay

After breakfast, you'll head into the park for a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch. Today, you'll explore deeper areas of Mikumi, where predator sightings, especially lions, are more likely.

Birdlife is also abundant, including bateleurs, ground hornbills, fish eagles, and lilac-breasted rollers. You'll enjoy the sweeping savannah views and take time for wildlife photography.

You'll return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and rest.

Upon arrival in Dar es Salaam, you will be dropped off at Mwalimu Nyerere International Airport, hotel, or preferred location, where our services will officially come to an end.
