• Your safari begins with a pick-up from your hotel in Nairobi or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport by your professional safari guide.

• You will then drive to Lake Naivasha via the Great Rift Valley viewpoint, a journey of about 2–3 hours, with a short stop for photos and scenery.

• Upon arrival in Naivasha, you will proceed to Hell’s Gate National Park for your first safari experience.

• You will enjoy a cycling or walking safari inside the park, exploring dramatic gorges, open plains, and volcanic formations. During the visit, you may spot zebras, giraffes, buffaloes, elands, warthogs, gazelles, and various bird species, while hyraxes and baboons are commonly seen along the cliffs.

• You may also opt to visit the Hell’s Gate gorge (depending on conditions) or relax near the geothermal areas of Olkaria.

• You will then drive to your budget accommodation in Lake Nakuru for dinner and overnight stay.

Exploring Lake Nakuru National Park

• After an early breakfast, you will prepare for a full-day game drive across the rhino sanctuary, acacia woodlands, and lake shores.

• During the game drive, you may spot white and black rhinos, tree climbing lions, leopards (rare), Rothschild giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, baboons, and large flocks of flamingos (seasonal), pelicans, and other bird species.

• You will visit scenic viewpoints such as Baboon Cliff for panoramic views of the lake and surrounding escarpment.

• You will enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park while continuing with wildlife viewing.

• In the late afternoon, you will return to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3

Lake Nakuru - Maasai Mara National Reserve

Lake Nakuru - Maasai Mara National Reserve

After breakfast, you will check out and begin your drive to Maasai Mara National Reserve, a journey of about 5–6 hours through the scenic Great Rift Valley and Narok town.

• Upon arrival in Maasai Mara, you will check in at your hotel and have lunch before preparing for your first evening game drive.

• You will head out for a late afternoon game drive exploring the vast savannah plains of the Mara ecosystem. During the drive, you may spot elephants, giraffes, zebras, lions, buffaloes, hyenas, and various antelope species, while cheetahs and leopards may also be seen with some luck.

• You will enjoy sunset views across the plains before returning to your hotel.

• After an early breakfast, you will depart for a full-day game drive in Maasai Mara National Reserve with packed lunch.

• You will explore different sections of the reserve including open savannahs, riverine forests, and wildlife-rich areas in search of the Big Five.

• An optional hot air balloon safari can be arranged at sunrise at an extra cost.

• During the game drive, you may spot lions hunting or resting, cheetahs scanning the plains, leopards in trees, elephants moving in herds, buffaloes grazing, and large populations of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles.

• You may also visit the Mara River where hippos and crocodiles are commonly seen, especially in designated viewing points.

• After a full day of wildlife viewing, you will return to your camp for dinner and overnight stay.
