Nairobi- Maasai mara national reserve

Pick up from Nairobi in the morning followed by a scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley with brief stopovers for photography and sightseeing. Proceed towards the famous Maasai Mara arriving in time for lunch at the lodge or camp. After some relaxation, depart for an afternoon game drive in search of lions, elephants, buffaloes, cheetahs, giraffes, and other wildlife across the endless plains of the reserve. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.

Full game drive in maasai mara national reserve

Spend the entire day exploring Maasai Mara with extensive morning and afternoon game drives. The reserve is home to an incredible concentration of wildlife including the Big Five and numerous plains game. Visitors during the migration season may witness the spectacular wildebeest migration crossing the Mara River. A picnic lunch may be enjoyed inside the park near the hippo pools while continuing with wildlife viewing throughout the day. Optional activities such as a Maasai village visit or hot air balloon safari can also be arranged at an extra cost.

Transfer to lake Nakuru National park

After breakfast, depart Maasai Mara and drive towards Lake Nakuru National Park via the scenic Rift Valley landscapes. Arrive in Nakuru in time for lunch and relaxation. Later proceed for an afternoon game drive around the park, famous for its white and black rhinos, Rothschild giraffes, flamingos, zebras, buffaloes, and tree-climbing lions. Enjoy beautiful views of the lake and surrounding acacia woodland before returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
