Day 1

Start your adventure with an early morning pick-up by our professional guide and enjoy a scenic drive of approximately 3 hours to Marangu Gate, the starting point of your Kilimanjaro hiking. Along the way, take in views of local villages, coffee plantations, and the lush landscapes of the Kilimanjaro region.

Upon arrival, complete park registration before beginning your guided hike through the rainforest-covered lower slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro. Enjoy the rich biodiversity along the trail as you ascend toward Mandara Hut, where you will take a short break and continue to Maundi Crater for panoramic views of the mountain and surrounding plains.

A picnic lunch will be served in this peaceful mountain setting, giving you time to relax and enjoy nature. After lunch, begin your descent back through the rainforest to Marangu Gate.

In the late afternoon, meet your driver and transfer back to Arusha for your overnight stay, marking the end of a rewarding Kilimanjaro hiking adventure.
