Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you will be warmly welcomed by your safari guide and transferred to your lodge in Arusha. Depending on your arrival time, relax after your arrival or enjoy a short briefing about your upcoming adventure. Arusha, located at the foot of Mount Meru, is the gateway to Tanzania’s northern safari circuit and offers a peaceful introduction to your journey. Dinner and overnight at your lodge in Arusha.

Arusha National Park & Walking Safari

After breakfast, depart for Arusha National Park, a scenic gem known for its diverse landscapes, lush forests, lakes, and views of Mount Meru. Enjoy a game drive where you may spot giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, colobus monkeys, and flamingos. Later, experience a guided walking safari accompanied by an armed ranger, allowing you to explore nature up close and learn about local flora and fauna. Picnic lunch in the park followed by an afternoon game drive before returning to Arusha for dinner and overnight.

Tarangire National Park

Today you travel to Tarangire National Park, famous for its giant baobab trees and large elephant herds. The park is home to lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and many bird species. Enjoy a full-day game drive along the Tarangire River, the park’s main water source attracting wildlife throughout the year. Stop for a picnic lunch inside the park while surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and wildlife activity. In the late afternoon, continue to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Elephant Caves & Coffee Tour

Ngorongoro Crater

Today descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife destinations and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The crater hosts an incredible concentration of animals including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, hippos, hyenas, and the rare black rhino. Enjoy a game drive across the crater floor with opportunities for exceptional wildlife viewing and photography. Picnic lunch near the hippo pool before continuing your safari adventure. Later ascend the crater and return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
