Best for: Early risers, cooler temperatures, and high wildlife activity.

05:45 – 06:00 AM: Comfortable pickup from your lodge/hotel in Kasane or surrounding areas.
06:00 AM: Enter Chobe National Park as the gates open.
06:00 – 09:00 AM: Guided game drive
This is prime time for spotting elephants, lions, buffalo, giraffes, impala, and a variety of birds in the soft morning light.
09:00 AM: Drop-off at your lodge.

Option 2: Afternoon Game Drive (3:00 PM – 6:00 PM)
Best for: Stunning afternoon light and dramatic wildlife sightings near the river.

02:45 – 03:00 PM: Pickup from your lodge/hotel.
03:00 PM: Enter Chobe National Park.
03:00 – 06:00 PM: Scenic game drive focusing on the Chobe River frontage and surrounding areas.
Excellent chances to see large elephant herds coming down to drink, buffalo, hippos, crocodiles, and big cats.
06:00 PM: Drop-off at your lodge.
