Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met by your professional safari guide and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. The rest of the day is reserved for relaxation after your journey.

Transfer from Arusha to Ndutu Area (Southern Serengeti)

After an early breakfast, depart from Arusha and drive through the scenic Ngorongoro Highlands toward the Ndutu region. The journey offers beautiful landscapes, Maasai villages, and wildlife sightings along the way.

Arrive in Ndutu in the afternoon and begin your first game drive across the open plains. This is where the Great Migration calving season takes place, offering chances to see wildebeest herds, zebras, and early predator activity.

Dinner and overnight stay in Ndutu.

Full-Day Ndutu Calving Season Safari

Spend a full day exploring the Ndutu plains during the peak calving season. Witness thousands of wildebeest calves being born daily, creating dramatic wildlife scenes.

The area is rich in predator activity, including lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and leopards following migrating herds. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush while exploring different habitats such as short-grass plains, woodlands, and seasonal lakes.

Return to camp for dinner and overnight stay.

Morning Game Drive – Return to Arusha

Upon arrival in Arusha, you will be dropped at your hotel or transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure.
