After an early breakfast, descend into the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife sanctuaries.

The crater floor is home to an extraordinary concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeests, hippos, and the endangered black rhino. Enjoy a game drive across this unique ecosystem while taking in the spectacular scenery.

After a picnic lunch near the famous Hippo Pool, ascend the crater and drive back to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon.
