Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel in Kampala or Entebbe. Meet your professional driver-guide and embark on a scenic journey to southwestern Uganda. Gorilla Trekking Experience in Bwindi

After an early breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters for a briefing by experienced park rangers. You will be assigned a gorilla family and receive guidelines on how to conduct yourself during the trek.

Begin your trek through the dense rainforest in search of mountain gorillas. The duration of the trek varies depending on the location of the gorilla family and may take between 2 and 8 hours. Along the way, you may encounter various bird species, monkeys, and unique forest vegetation.

Once the gorillas are located, spend one magical hour observing them as they feed, play, groom each other, and interact within their family group. This close encounter with these gentle giants is truly one of Africa's most extraordinary wildlife experiences.

Stop for lunch en route and continue to Kampala or Entebbe, arriving in the late afternoon or evening. Your guide will drop you off at your hotel or at the airport for your onward flight, marking the end of your memorable gorilla trekking safari.
