Your safari begins with an early morning pick up from the airport in Arusha followed by a drive to Tarangire National Park. The park is famous for its giant baobab trees, seasonal swamps, and some of Tanzania's largest elephant populations. Upon arrival enjoy a game drive as you search for elephants giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, Impalas and predators such as lions and leopards. The Tarangire River attracts wildlife throughout the year, making it an excellent location for wildlife viewing. Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park before continuing with an afternoon game drive Dinner and overnight at your lodge.
