Nairobi to sweetwaters

Depart from Nairobi airport or your hotel and drive through the scenic central highlands towards Ol Pejeta Conservancy. Arrive in time for lunch and check-in at your camp or lodge.

In the afternoon, enjoy a game drive in the conservancy, home to the Big Five and the world's last remaining northern white rhinos. Visit the endangered species enclosure and the Chimpanzee Sanctuary, the only place in Kenya where rescued chimpanzees can be seen. Continue exploring the conservancy's rich wildlife before returning to camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Samburu national reserve

After an early breakfast, depart Ol Pejeta Conservancy and proceed north to Samburu National Reserve. Arrive in time for lunch and check-in at your lodge or camp.

Later in the afternoon, embark on a game drive through Samburu's rugged landscapes, renowned for its unique wildlife species found only in northern Kenya. Look out for the Samburu Special Five Grevy's zebra, reticulated giraffe, Somali ostrich, Beisa oryx, and gerenuk—as well as elephants, lions, leopards, and other wildlife along the Ewaso Nyiro River.

Return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Rise early for a morning game drive in Samburu National Reserve, offering a final opportunity to spot the unique Samburu Special Five and other wildlife along the Ewaso Nyiro River. Return to the lodge for breakfast before checking out.

Thereafter, depart for Nairobi, enjoying scenic views of Kenya's northern landscapes and central highlands along the way. Arrive in Nairobi in the late afternoon, where you will be dropped off at your hotel, residence, or the airport.
