As you explore the park on a game drive, your driver-guide will select a scenic spot along the Tarangire River where you can relax and enjoy a picnic lunch surrounded by nature.
After an exciting afternoon of wildlife viewing and game driving, you will continue your journey to Mawe mawe Lodge. Upon arrival, you can unwind and enjoy the lodge’s tranquil surroundings before dinner and an overnight stay.

After an early breakfast, you will set off on an exciting journey toward the world-famous Serengeti National Park, where a day of adventure and unforgettable wildlife encounters awaits.
Your drive will take you through the lush highland forests of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a habitat rich in wildlife. Keep your eyes open for sightings of Cape buffaloes, baboons, elephants, and, if you're especially fortunate, the elusive leopard hidden within the dense vegetation.
As you continue toward the Serengeti, the landscape gradually opens into Africa’s iconic savannah plains, stretching endlessly to the horizon. Here, you will witness the breathtaking beauty of the Serengeti ecosystem, home to vast numbers of wildlife roaming freely across the grasslands.

Start your day with an early morning game drive in the breathtaking Serengeti National Park, when wildlife is at its most active. After an exciting safari experience, return to your lodge around midday for lunch and some time to relax before continuing your journey to the scenic Ngorongoro Highlands. In the evening, enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at Embalakai Ngorongoro Camp.
The Serengeti is renowned for its abundant wildlife and is one of Africa’s premier safari destinations. Lions are commonly spotted throughout the park, while lucky visitors may witness the thrilling sight of cheetahs on the hunt. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the Serengeti spans nearly 15,000 square kilometers and is home to more than two million ungulates, over 4,000 lions, approximately 1,000 leopards, 550 cheetahs, and around 500 bird species.

After breakfast, depart at 7:00am. for a scenic two-hour drive to Materuni Waterfalls, passing through the charming villages of Kishumundu and Kilimanjaro. Upon arrival, enjoy a guided 45-minute walk through the lush green landscapes of Materuni Village, leading to the spectacular waterfall.
Take time to admire the beauty of the falls and relax in the tranquil surroundings. You will spend approximately 30 minutes at the site, and those wishing to cool off can bring a swimsuit for a refreshing swim beneath the cascading waters.
After your visit, return to the village for an authentic coffee-making experience, where you will learn about the traditional coffee production process from bean to cup. A delicious local lunch will follow, featuring the region’s unique banana soup as a starter.
In the afternoon you will go back either Arusha or Kilimanjaro Air port.
