Day 1

Pick up and transfer to kibale National Park- Nature walk at Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary

After breakfast, you will be picked up by our representatives who will brief you about the journey and thereafter you will embark on your journey to Kibale National Park. The drive will take you about 4-5 hours to arrive at the park. You will continue to Fort portal via Mubende where you will have lunch. During your journey, you will
be impressed by the beautiful sites of cater lakes and Rwenzori mountains. Once you arrive at the park, you will be taken to your place of accommodation to prepare for a guided nature walk in Bigodi swamp for sightings of a variety of creatures like bush bucks, mongooses, bush pigs among others. You will also see a variety of birds like king fishers, weaver birds, fly catchers etc. Later, you will be taken to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay and prepare for a thrilling experience in the next few days.

Day 2

Chimpanzee trekking, primates walk in Kanyanchu and birding

Wake up early, have breakfast in preparation for a long day of activities. The key activity will be Chimpanzee tracking during the Kanyanchu Primates walk. This is the most popular walk as it highlights the diversity of different animal and plant species within the forest. Chimpanzee tracking starts with a briefing at the park office. The rangers will locate a group by following
their hoots and calls. After being with one chimp family, you will continue to see the other primates in the park before returning back to your hotel for lunch. In the afternoon, you will go to the boardwalk trail for birding. After this tremendous experience, you will be transferred to your hotel for dinner and a sleep over as you prepare for more exciting experiences ahead.

Day 3

Transfer to Queen Elizabeth national Park

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Queen Elizabeth national park with enroute visit of the exploration crater lakes. Arrive in the park early afternoon, have lunch and connect for a community tour in Kasonga community. Later afternoon, connect to your lodge for relaxation, dinner an overnight stay.

Day 4

Game drive and Boat cruise

Game drive and Boat cruise

After breakfast early morning, go for a game drive at kisenyi area where you will spot a good number of wildlife including elephants, Giraffes, Buffaloes and all species of antelopes. After enjoying your lunch at the lodge, go for your boat trip along the Kazinga channel for yet another wildlife/birdwatching experience as you cruise on lake Edward/George. During the trip,
the sight of wildlife including giant hippos, elephants and crocodiles among others will fascinate you. You will also be able to spot out different species of birds like herons and kingfishers at the water shores. You will have dinner and overnight at your accommodation as you prepare for more exciting adventures.

Day 5

After an early morning breakfast, you will have a game drive through the Ishasha sector to see the tree climbing lions, buffalos, leopards, elephants, and sight at different bird species. From here you will proceed to Bwindi where you will arrive in the evening. You will check in, dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 6

Signature Gorilla trekking

After an early morning breakfast, you will be driven to the park headquarters where you will be briefed by the park rangers about dos and don’ts while trekking in the park. You will start off your gorilla trekking guided by the park rangers. This is a memorable and an amazing experience watching the Mountain gorillas feed, play around and also do their day-to-day
activities. The time taken and the terrain vary with the movements of these great primates and once you have located a gorilla group, you will be allowed an hour in their presence. Later, you will return to your lodge and in the evening, you may choose to relax at the lodge or visit the Batwa community which will expose you to their culture basing on how they live, dance, and also hearing stories concerning their culture which will leave you amazed. Dinner and overnight stay at your lodge.

Have breakfast and set off to Lake Mburo Nation Park via Mbarara town. You will arrive in the early afternoon and take some rest before proceeding out for the evening game viewing. On the game drive, expect to see the gigantic eland antelopes, zebras, Topi, impalas, Uganda cob and Cape buffalo among others and later, relax at your lodge where you will spend the night.

Nature walks – Transfers to Kampala/Entebbe

Enjoy your early breakfast and proceed for the Mburo morning park (bush) walk in the presence of an armed Uganda Wildlife Authority ranger/guide. On this early morning guided walk; you will have the opportunity to encounter; Zebras, Giraffes and Eland, Topi and other antelope, Cape buffaloes among others. Take the Trail to the top of the hills and see Lake Mburo and
beyond and from this vantage point, you will have a great view of 9 of the twelve lakes surrounding Lake Mburo National Park. Thereafter, you will return to the lodge for checkout and then hit the road to Entebbe to catch up your flight/Kampala to your hotel.
