Have a pick up and a warm welcome to Entebbe international airport by a guide from Dolphin tours and travel. Depending on the time of arrival, you will have lunch enroute to Kampala where wilk check In at your booked in hotel where you will have dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2

Transfer to lake mburo national park; walking safari

Transfer to lake mburo national park; walking safari

On this day, our 12 days remarkable tour begins. After breakfast from your hotel, prepare for a road transfer to Lake Mburo national park driving west of Kampala, taking approximately 4 hours. Have an enroute stop over at the Uganda Equator monument for a short picture moment and experience of the water experiment. After you will proceed to the park, check in at the lodge and relaxation.

In the evening you will get ready for a wild game exploration on foot; at the walking safari experience. Here you will sight a number of wild game like the Zebras, Impalas, Elands, Topis, warthogs, Buffaloes, reedbucks and many more. Besides the wild game you will view more of the beautiful landscape of the park. After you will retire to the lodge for dinner an overnight stay.

Day 3

Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi; canoeing

On this day after breakfast, you will proceed for yet another road transfer via Mbarara -kabale high way to Lake bunyonyi. The transfer will take about 4 hours. You will arrive early enough at your lodge for a check in and lunch.

In the evening, you will enjoy a canoeing experience on Lake Bunyonyi; the deepest lake in Uganda. Enjoy the calm and fresh breeze from the lake as you sail. Get to know the interesting ancient stories that cover the local communities that live around the lake, not to forget the breathtaking view of the 29 dotted islands that are in lake. After you will retire to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4

Transfer to Mgahinga national park; golden monkey tracking

Wake up early for breakfast and prepare for another adventure around the pearl. You will drive west via Kisoro high way to Mgahinga national park. The transfer will take about 3 hours. Arrive early at the lodge for refreshment and relaxation. You will have your lunch; get ready to have an encounter with the golden monkeys

These are one of the most beautiful yet endangered primate species in the world, endemic to this region in Uganda. You will start with a briefing at the park’s headquarters about the do’s and don’ts while tracking the gorgeous golden monkeys. You will be lead through the bamboo forest of the park on the tracking experience. See the interesting lifestyles of the golden monkeys as they feed, play, rest and be around in their most comfortable habitant.
After you will return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 5

As you reminiscence on the primate experience, you will have breakfast at your lodge and prepare for a road transfer to Bwindi impenetrable national park. You will take about 2 hours to reach the park. Arrive early for relaxation and chills as you have your lunch.

Later in the evening you will visit the Batwa pygmies; an indigenous cultural group around the forest of Bwindi. Enjoy their traditional entertainment, cultural practices and more. After return to the lodge for dinner and a peaceful sleep over.

Day 6

Gorilla trekking experience

Gorilla trekking experience

After an early morning breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters with your packed lunch. You will receive a briefing by the park officers on what to do and what not to do during the gorilla trekking experience. After the briefing, enter the forest looking for the location of the amazing apes. This may take a few hours, or even a full =day, depending on the location of the gorillas.

The activity is strenuous and may require average physical fitness levels. Consider walking sticks or hiring porters to help with carrying heavy luggage. When you locate the mountain gorillas, you will be allowed to spend 1 hour. It is a worthwhile adventure and very humbling to watch these sought-after primates as they eat, feed their young ones, and carry on with their day-to-day activities in their natural habitat.

Have a sumptuous breakfast from your lodge. Get ready for a visit to Queen Elizabeth national park. The transfer till take about 2 hours, transferring through the Ishasha sector; the well-known tree climbing lions. Arrive early for your check and lunch as your prepare for your afternoon boat experience. The boat cruise experience will start at 2: 00 pm along the Kazinga channel; a water channel connecting Lake Geroge and Lake Edward.

While on the cruise experience; enjoy the refreshing breeze and sight of various mammals. From the Hippos and crocodiles in the water ;to the many wild game at the bank shores from elephants, antelopes, warthogs and many more. After this experience retire to the lodge a delicious dinner and night stay.

Day 8

Game drive and transfer to Kibale national park

Game drive and transfer to Kibale national park

Wake up early for a morning game drive with your packed breakfast and drive to the Mweya sector for Wildlife. Have a sight of the park’s wildlife from the African Elephants, Buffaloes, spotted Hyenas, waterbucks, warthogs, and many more. After this experience, you will drive back to the lodge for a check out and transfer to the primate capital of the pearl. Arrive later in the evening for a check-in and relaxation. Visit the Bigodi wetland sanctuary, a home to diverse in nature. Enjoy the calm nature walk with sights of various bird species from the great blue Turaco among other and various primates that include the red tailed monkeys, black and white colobus monkeys
Return to the lodge dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 9

Early breakfast will be served at the lodge, and then set out to the park headquarters to catch up with Chimpanzee briefing done by the local guide. After going through the dos and don’ts of chimp trekking, you enter the forest to look for the chimps. You will be thrilled with the sweet sounds of birds and chimps in the first minutes of the trek in the forest.
Chimp tracking in Kibale roughly takes about 1-4 hours, depending on the movement of the chimps. It involves looking for the chimps in the forest, following them and watching them, on meeting them. You can take as many pictures of the chimps as long as the camera has no flash.
After retire for dinner and an overnight stay.

After a tasty breakfast, prepare for another exploration journey to Murchison falls national park. The road transfer will take about 6 to 7 hours, you will have an enroute lunch. Arrive at the park later in the evening. Have some bit of relaxation and chilling from your lodge as you wait for an overnight stay and dinner.

Day 11

Have breakfast and by 6:40 am, you will have headed out for the morning game drive, which offers a chance to see many grazers as well as the nocturnal animals like hyenas, lions, and leopards as they wind up on their hunting before retiring to their hideouts. There is a chance to see animals including African elephants, Rothschild giraffes, buffaloes, waterbucks, and several bird species since the park is also a bird sanctuary with a recorded number of over 450 bird species. After head back to the lunch, at around 2:00 pm, you will go for a launch cruise at the bottom of the falls. It takes you through schools of hippos floating on the water and you may also spot Nile crocodiles, water birds, and elephants drinking water at the river banks. After the about 3-hour launch cruise, you will hike to the top of the falls to witness the marvelous power of the falls and also watch how thrilling this site is. Drive back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

This is the last day of our trip, Wake up to a relaxed breakfast at the lodge. And drive back to Kampala with an enroute stop over at Ziwa Rhino tracking at Ziwa Rhino sanctuary. Enjoy this walking track experience as you track the Rhinos. After you will have lunch and transfer to Entebbe international airport for a drop off.
