Day 1

Nairobi- Masai Mara

Your Kenya safari adventure begins with a pick-up from the airport or your hotel early in the morning. As you journey to the Maasai Mara, you will stop at a scenic viewpoint to admire and photograph the breathtaking Great Rift Valley escarpments before continuing to the reserve. Upon arrival at your camp, you will check in and enjoy lunch before setting out on an exciting afternoon game drive. The Maasai Mara is renowned for its incredible wildlife, including elephants, buffaloes, lions, cheetahs, and many other species. Between July and October, the reserve hosts the spectacular Great Migration, when millions of wildebeest cross from the Serengeti, creating one of the world’s most remarkable wildlife spectacles. After your game drive, return to camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2

After an early breakfast, set out for a full day of adventure in the world-famous Maasai Mara. Spend the day exploring the vast open plains and riverine forests in search of the reserve’s incredible wildlife. Keep your camera ready for close encounters with elephants, buffaloes, zebras, giraffes, gazelles, and large prides of lions resting under acacia trees. You may also spot cheetahs scanning the horizon for prey and the elusive leopard hidden among the trees. From July to October, witness the breathtaking Great Migration as millions of wildebeest and zebras make their dramatic crossing of the Mara River from the Serengeti, creating one of Africa’s most spectacular wildlife events. With abundant wildlife throughout the year, every game drive offers something unique and exciting. After a rewarding day in the wilderness, return to your camp for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 3

You will have an early breakfast, followed by a visit to the Masai village and experience the culture of the Masai get to interact and listen to their beautiful stories at an extra cost then head on to Lake Nakuru. On the way, you will marvel at the scenic views of the Rift Valley, and the beautiful scenery will leave you with a deeper appreciation of your Kenya safari experience. You will have lunch en-route. Dinner and overnight will be at the hotel.

Day 4

Lake Nakuru- Nairobi

Our last destination on this budget safari in Kenya is Lake Nakuru. Lake Nakuru National Park is one of the most beautiful National Parks in Kenya. Over a million flamingos can be found here, turning the lakeshore pink. The National park is also home to over 400 species of birds, offering you sweet melodious sounds and a nature experience like no other. Lake Nakuru is also home to the endangered black and white rhinos. Looking in the trees you will also spot the giraffes and if you look at the treetops, you will see the lions staring at your safari vehicle. Zebra herds can also be found grazing on the rich grass found here. Later, we will exit the park and head back to Nairobi, with lunch on the way. You will be dropped off at your hotel or airport.
