1-Day Mount Kilimanjaro Climbing Marangu Route

• You'll be collected from the airport.

Your adventure begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel in Arusha, followed by a scenic drive to Mount Kilimanjaro National Park. Upon arrival at the Marangu Gate, you will complete park formalities and begin a guided hike through the lush montane rainforest. Along the trail, you may encounter colobus monkeys, blue monkeys, and a variety of bird species while learning about the mountain's unique ecosystem from your guide. The hike leads to Mandara Hut, located at an altitude of approximately 2,700 meters, where you will enjoy a packed lunch and take in the beautiful surroundings. After some time to relax and explore the area, you will descend back to Marangu Gate and begin your return journey to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon with unforgettable memories of Africa's iconic mountain.
