After a warm welcome at the airport or pick-up from your Nairobi hotel, meet your professional driver-guide and begin your journey to the world-famous Maasai Mara National Reserve. Travel through the breathtaking Great Rift Valley, stopping at a scenic viewpoint to admire its spectacular landscapes before continuing via Narok Town.

Arrive in the Maasai Mara in time for a delicious lunch at Olkinyei Mara Tent Camp. After some relaxation, set out on an exciting afternoon game drive across the vast savannah in search of the Big Five and other incredible wildlife. As the sun sets over the plains, return to camp for dinner and an overnight stay, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the African wilderness.

Full-Day Game Drive in Masai Mara National Reserve

This is a busy day! After a hearty early morning breakfast, armed with our picnic lunch, embark on a thrilling game drive through the heart of the Masai Mara, renowned for its vast herds of wildebeest and zebras. The morning light is ideal for spotting wildlife as they become active, and you may have the opportunity to witness the iconic Sunrise while in the park.

As you explore the diverse landscapes of the park, keep your eyes peeled for the "Big Five" and a variety of other wildlife, including cheetahs, hyenas, and giraffes. At around Midday Enjoy a leisurely picnic lunch amidst the stunning savanna, surrounded by the sounds of nature. After Lunch Continue your wildlife adventure, possibly witnessing the dramatic Mara River crossings (seasonal- happens between July-September). Return to your camp/lodge for another memorable dinner and share stories of your incredible day with fellow travellers. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at your camp/lodge.

Masai Mara to Nairobi

After breakfast at the camp, bid farewell to the Maasai Mara and begin your scenic journey back to Nairobi. Travel through the beautiful Kenyan countryside, taking in the ever-changing landscapes and local culture along the way.

Enjoy a lunch stop en route and take the opportunity to browse for authentic Kenyan souvenirs and handcrafted gifts before continuing your journey. Arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon, where you will be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or your preferred Nairobi hotel, marking the end of your unforgettable Maasai Mara safari experience and leaving you with lasting memories of Kenya’s remarkable wildlife and natural beauty.
