Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met and transferred to Springlands Hotel or a similar accommodation for your overnight stay. You will also meet our team for a safari briefing and receive detailed day-by-day information about your upcoming journey.

Spend the rest of the day relaxing at the hotel, enjoying the swimming pool and the warm African sunshine.

Day 2

Drive to Tarangire National Park

Drive to Tarangire National Park

The drive from Moshi to Tarangire National Park takes approximately three hours. The park is especially beautiful during the dry season, when large numbers of wildlife gather around the permanent waters of the Tarangire River. Herds of wildebeest, zebras, elephants, elands, and oryx can be seen in abundance before migrating again during the rainy season in search of fresh grazing.

After your game drive, you will continue to Highview Hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3

Lake Eyasi

Lake Eyasi

Start your journey from Highview Hotel and travel to Lake Eyasi. This scenic area is well known for its rich birdlife and offers a peaceful setting ideal for a multi-day stay. The lake and surrounding landscapes are home to a variety of wildlife, including monkeys, hippos, leopards, and numerous bird species such as flamingos, storks, and pelicans, especially around the lake shores and nearby forests.

Several private campsites are located along the lake, offering simple grassy tented areas and basic shower facilities made largely from local materials. After your exploration of Lake Eyasi, you will return to Highview Hotel for dinner and an overnight stay on a full-board basis.

The drive to Serengeti National Park via Olduvai Gorge takes approximately three to four hours. Olduvai Gorge is a significant archaeological site on the eastern Serengeti Plains, known for important early human fossil discoveries. Its dramatic landscape was formed by the same tectonic activity that created the Great Rift Valley millions of years ago.

In the late afternoon, you will continue to Serengeti Wild Camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, you will drive to Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive inside the crater floor. It is one of the best places in Tanzania to spot the rare black rhino and prides of lions, including impressive black-maned males. The crater also hosts large flocks of flamingos and many other water birds.

You may also encounter leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, various antelope species, and a wide range of smaller mammals across this rich and diverse ecosystem.

In the late afternoon, you will drive back to Springlands Hotel or a similar hotel in Moshi for your overnight stay.
