Upon your arrival in Arusha, your private safari guide will welcome you at either Kilimanjaro International Airport, Arusha Airport, or your hotel before beginning your journey to Tarangire National Park. Known for its iconic baobab trees and large elephant populations, Tarangire offers one of Tanzania's most rewarding introductions to safari.
After checking into your safari lodge and enjoying lunch, head into the park for your first afternoon game drive. Keep an eye out for elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffalo, and an impressive variety of birdlife, while predators such as lions and leopards may also make an appearance as the afternoon unfolds.

After arriving at your safari lodge or camp in time for lunch, you'll set out on an afternoon game drive across the park's vast plains, where wildlife roams freely in every direction.
The next two days are dedicated to exploring different regions of the Serengeti on morning and afternoon game drives.
