Nairobi – Masai Mara National Reserve

Your safari starts with pickup from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or your Nairobi hotel. Leave Nairobi and travel through the Kenyan countryside towards the Maasai Mara. Stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint to take photos and enjoy the wide views before continuing your journey. Arrive at Enkorok Mara Camp in time for lunch and check-in. In the afternoon, head into the Mara for your first game drive.

Feel the excitement as you enter the open plains and start looking for wildlife. Your guide will take you to areas where animals are often seen. Look out for elephants, lions, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras and many other animals. Enjoy the views, take photos and learn more about the Mara before returning to camp for dinner and a relaxing night.

Full-Day Masai Mara National Reserve

Imagine waking up to the sounds of the African bush and starting your morning with an optional hot air balloon safari. Float above the Maasai Mara as the sun rises, looking down at the wide plains and watching animals move below. Enjoy the peaceful view from the sky before landing and continuing your safari. Alternatively, enjoy breakfast before leaving with a packed lunch for a full-day game drive.

Explore the Mara with your guide and look out for lions, elephants, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras and other wildlife. During the Great Migration season, you may visit the Mara River and, if conditions are right, watch wildebeest cross the river. Enjoy your packed lunch in the reserve before continuing your drive. In the evening, enjoy a complimentary Maasai village visit included when you book this safari with us. Meet local people, learn about their daily life and enjoy traditional songs and dances before returning to Enkorok Mara Camp.

Masai Mara National Reserve – lake Naivasha

After breakfast, check out of your camp and depart the Maasai Mara for Lake Naivasha. Enjoy the changing scenery as you travel through the Kenyan countryside and into the Great Rift Valley.

Arrive at Naivasha Kongoni Lodge in time for lunch and check-in. Settle into your accommodation and take some time to relax before heading to the lakeside for a range of activities.

Enjoy a complimentary boat ride on Lake Naivasha, included when you book this safari with us. Cruise across the calm waters while looking out for hippos and waterbirds and taking in the beautiful views of the lake and surrounding landscapes.

Alternatively, you may choose an optional guided nature walk at an additional cost, accompanied by a local guide as you explore the area on foot and look out for free-roaming wildlife.

Return to the lodge later in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.
