Day 1

Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park Walking Safari

After breakfast, depart from Arusha and drive to Lake Manyara National Park, a beautiful destination nestled at the base of the Great Rift Valley escarpment.

Upon arrival, enjoy a guided walking safari accompanied by an armed ranger. This unique activity allows you to experience the African wilderness on foot while observing wildlife, birdlife, and the diverse vegetation of the park from a completely different perspective.

After the walking safari, continue with a game drive through Lake Manyara National Park, famous for its elephants, giraffes, zebras, hippos, baboons, and the iconic tree-climbing lions.

Following your safari experience, drive to Karatu for dinner and overnight.
