Your journey begins with a two-and-a-half-hour transfer from OR Tambo - Johannesburg airport to the malaria-free Waterberg region in the Limpopo Province. On arrival you check in and get ready for an afternoon game drive with your guide in search of the wildlife, including the Big 5. Expect an uninterrupted game-viewing experience in untouched African wilderness. Arrive back at the lodge in time to freshen up before enjoying a sumptuous welcome dinner.

Day 2

Mabula Game Reserve

An early morning wake-up call kick starts your day, followed by a cup of tea or coffee with rusks, before setting off on a morning game drive. The game includes the Big Five, various species of antelopes, the elusive cheetah and the imposing honey badger distributed on the impressive various habitants of this immense reserve. Return to the lodge for breakfast and the rest of day enjoying the amenities that the lodge has to offer.

Later in the afternoon, you will head out on your afternoon game drive, which may continue beyond dusk, returning to the lodge to enjoy dinner and reflect on the sightings of the day.
