As the sun begins to set, leave the park and drive to Mto wa Mbu for a relaxing evening. After an early breakfast, depart from Mto wa Mbu and journey through the breathtaking Ngorongoro Conservation Area en route to Serengeti National Park. Enjoy scenic views of the highlands and endless plains before arriving in Tanzania’s most iconic wildlife destination. Begin an exciting afternoon game drive across the vast savannah, where you may encounter lions, elephants, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and, with luck, leopards. Depending on the season, you may also witness the spectacular Great Migration. As the day comes to an end, head to your public campsite inside Serengeti National Park. Relax under the African sky, enjoy a freshly prepared dinner, and spend the night surrounded by the sounds of the wild.

After breakfast, depart Arusha for the beautiful Materuni Village, located on the lush slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro near Moshi. Enjoy a guided walk through coffee and banana plantations to the stunning Materuni Waterfalls, where you can admire the cascading water, take photos, or enjoy a refreshing swim in the natural pool. Return to the village for an authentic Chagga cultural experience, including a traditional coffee tour.
