After an early breakfast, depart the Serengeti and drive to the Ngorongoro Crater for your final safari experience. Descend approximately 600 meters into this UNESCO World Heritage Site, often referred to as Africa's "Garden of Eden" due to its remarkable concentration of wildlife. The crater is one of the best places to spot the Big Five, including the endangered black rhinoceros, along with lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, hyenas, hippos, zebras, wildebeests, gazelles, and flamingos around the soda lake. Enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor while surrounded by spectacular scenery before ascending the crater and driving back to Arusha, where your unforgettable six-day Tanzanian safari comes to an end.
