Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional safari guide from Let's Go Gorilla Uganda. Depending on your arrival time, enjoy a guided tour of Kigali, one of Africa's cleanest and safest cities. The tour introduces you to Rwanda's remarkable history, vibrant culture, and impressive modern development.
Places of interest include the Kigali Genocide Memorial, local craft markets, art galleries, and selected cultural centres where you may purchase locally made souvenirs. Later, transfer to your hotel for check-in and relaxation before enjoying a delicious welcome dinner.

Day 2

Gorilla trekking in the Volcanoes National Park

After an early breakfast, transfer to the Volcanoes National Park headquarters for registration and a comprehensive briefing by experienced park rangers. You will then begin one of the world's most extraordinary wildlife experiences as you trek through bamboo forests and lush mountain slopes in search of one of the habituated mountain gorilla families. The trek may last between 2 and 6 hours depending on the location of your assigned gorilla family.
Upon locating the gorillas, you will spend one unforgettable hour observing these magnificent primates in their natural habitat. Watch them feed, play, groom one another, and interact peacefully within their family groups while your guide explains their behaviour and conservation efforts.
After the trek, receive your official Gorilla Trekking Certificate before returning to your lodge for relaxation.
Optional afternoon activities include visiting the Ellen DeGeneres Campus of the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund or the Iby'Iwacu Cultural Village.

After breakfast, depart Volcanoes National Park and enjoy a scenic drive back to Kigali International Airport. Board your scheduled flight to Kilimanjaro International Airport.
Upon arrival in Tanzania, meet your Tanzanian safari guide before transferring to Arusha, the gateway to Tanzania's famous Northern Safari Circuit. Spend the evening relaxing while preparing for your wildlife adventure.

Following breakfast, transfer to Arusha Airport for your scheduled bush flight to the world-famous Serengeti National Park. Enjoy breathtaking aerial views of the Great Rift Valley and endless African plains before landing in the heart of the Serengeti.
Upon arrival, your safari guide will welcome you and immediately begin your first exciting game drive as you journey towards your safari lodge.
The Serengeti is home to one of the largest concentrations of wildlife on Earth. During your afternoon game drive, you may encounter lions resting beneath acacia trees, graceful giraffes, elephants crossing the plains, cheetahs scanning the horizon, and countless zebras and antelopes.
