Arusha to Serengeti National Park

Your Friendship Adventure safari guide will collect you from your lodge and set out for Serengeti National Park. You'll embark on game drives with packed lunch boxes provided. After the game drive, you'll be escorted back to the lodge for some downtime, followed by dinner and an overnight stay.

Serengeti National Park is renowned for its vast migrating herds of zebras, antelopes, and wildebeests, which move in unison in search of new grazing grounds and water sources, particularly during the rainy seasons. You'll also have the opportunity to observe the resident predators leopards, cheetahs and lions as they play their part in the natural cycle of life.

Serengeti National Park-Enroute Game Drive to Ngorongoro Highlands

After breakfast, depart from Serengeti with an enroute game drive as you explore the wildlife-rich plains while heading towards the Ngorongoro Highlands. Enjoy the opportunity to spot more wildlife along the way, including elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and predators sightings depending on the area and season.

Continue with scenic views as you ascend towards the cooler highlands surroundings the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Arrive at your lodge/camp near Crater rim for dinner and overnight, ready for the next day's crater exploration.

After an early breakfast, descend into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater for an exciting game drive in search of the Big Five and other incredible wildlife. Explore the crater floor, one of the best places in Tanzania to witness lions, elephants, buffaloes, and other species in their natural habitat.

Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater while surrounded by breathtaking landscapes before ascending and continuing your transfer to Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) for your unforgettable Tanzania safari experience.
