Depart from Arusha after breakfast and drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its majestic baobab trees, large elephant herds, and abundant wildlife. Enjoy a full-day game drive along the Tarangire River, where lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, buffaloes, impalas, and numerous bird species can often be seen. After an exciting day of wildlife viewing, continue to Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, travel through the scenic Ngorongoro Conservation Area to the Ndutu Area, located within the Southern Serengeti ecosystem. Enjoy breathtaking views along the way before arriving for an afternoon game drive. During the Great Migration season, the plains are filled with thousands of wildebeest and zebras, while predators such as lions, cheetahs, leopards, and hyenas patrol the area in search of prey. Dinner and overnight at your lodge or tented camp in Ndutu.

Full-Day Game Drive in Ndutu
Spend the entire day exploring the wildlife-rich Ndutu Area with morning and afternoon game drives. From December to March, this region hosts the Great Migration calving season, when thousands of wildebeest give birth on the open plains. This abundance of prey attracts predators, creating exceptional opportunities to witness dramatic wildlife interactions. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush before continuing your safari through this remarkable landscape.

Day 4
Ndutu – Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha
Ndutu – Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha
After an early breakfast, depart for the Ngorongoro Crater and descend 600 meters into the world's largest intact volcanic caldera. Enjoy a half-day game drive in this UNESCO World Heritage Site, renowned for its incredible concentration of wildlife, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, zebras, hyenas, and, with luck, the endangered black rhino. After a picnic lunch by the crater floor, ascend the crater and drive back to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon.
