Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you'll be warmly welcomed by your Nature Quest Safaris guide and transferred to your lodge in Arusha. As you drive through the vibrant city beneath the slopes of Mount Meru, you'll get your first glimpse of Tanzania's warm hospitality. After checking in, your guide will brief you on the exciting safari ahead and introduce the Community Impact Experience that makes this journey truly unique. Spend the rest of the day relaxing and preparing for the adventure that awaits.

Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, a spectacular landscape dotted with towering baobab trees and home to some of Africa's largest elephant herds. Explore the park on an exciting game drive as your guide searches for lions, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, wildebeests, and a remarkable variety of birdlife. The Tarangire River attracts wildlife throughout the year, creating exceptional game-viewing opportunities. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the heart of the park before continuing to the beautiful highlands of Karatu for your overnight stay.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

After an early breakfast, enjoy one last game drive through the Serengeti as you make your way toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend over 600 meters into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa's greatest wildlife havens. Explore its diverse habitats in search of black rhinos, lions, elephants, hippos, hyenas, flamingos, and many other species while enjoying a picnic lunch on the crater floor. Later in the afternoon, ascend the crater and drive back to Arusha for your final overnight stay.
