Welcome to Uganda. You will be received by a Likyadi Adventures guide upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, and you will transfer to the hotel for relaxing. Depending on your time of arrival, you will have lunch before transferring to the hotel. You will then check in at the hotel and relax, preparing for the safari adventure that awaits you in Uganda and Rwanda. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

After your early morning breakfast, you will head to the Mabamba wetlands. The boat ride from Nakiwogo landing site to Mabamba is about 45 minutes to 1 hour. While you have in the Mabamba wetlands, you will spend 2 or 3 hours on the shoe bill excursion as you will see this Dinosaur bird standing on the papyrus reeds in the swamp as it hunts fish quietly. While on this excursion, you will have a chance to see many bird species. After the Shoebill tracking, you will return to Nakiwogo. After, you will transfer to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary in Nakasongola. You will lunch on the way as you proceed to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. You will arrive at the Sanctuary later that evening where you will check in. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

After your morning breakfast you will head out for rhino tracking at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. It’s an activity where you track the rhinos on foot and when you have sighted them, you spend one hour with them. After the rhino tracking experience you will have lunch before proceeding to Murchison Falls National Park. In the park you will visit the top of Murchison Falls, the powerful falls where the Nile squeezes through an 8m wide gorge and plunges with a thunderous roar into the Devil’s Cauldron creating a trademark rainbow. From the falls you will continue in the park for an evening game drive where you will see different animals such as Giraffes, Buffaloes, Lions, Leopards, Oribis, Waterbucks, Jackson Hartebeests, among others. After the evening game drive, you will continue to the lodge. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

After your very early morning breakfast, you will embark on a game drive in Murchison Falls National Park as early as 6am with chances for seeings Giraffes, Lions, Buffaloes, Elephants, Oribis, Jackson Hartebeest, Waterbucks, Warthogs, Hyenas and if you so lucky you could spot leopards in the rolling plains of the park. After the game drive you will have time to relax and have lunch.
In the afternoon you will enjoy a Nile boat cruise to the bottom of the water falls and you will spot different animal species like the crocodiles, hippos, Elephants and many bird species for the bird lovers. After the boat cruise you will have an evening game drive in Murchison Falls National Park. After the drive, you will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.

After your morning breakfast, you will check out of the hotel and start your journey to Kibale National Park in Kabarole district in Western Uganda through the tea plantations and rolling hills to reach Fort portal town. While in Fort portal you will have an en-route lunch and continue your journey to Kibale National Park. After checking into the lodge, you will embark on a guided nature walk in the Bigodi wetlands and you have a chance to spot 138 bird species.
You will visit the communities around Kibale National Park where you will learn how coffee is processed locally for consumption by the local coffee farmers. You will visit Rest in Bananas where you will see how the Banana man makes different products from bananas. After this experience, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

After your morning breakfast, you will check out of the lodge in Kibale National Park and you will transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park through the Ndali-Kasenda crater lakes. You will arrive at the lodge where you will have lunch and there after you will check in and relax.
In the evening, you will head out for an evening game drive in the Kasenyi Plains of Queen Elizabeth as you will have an opportunity to see different animals including the Big cats such as Lions, Leopards, Waterbucks, Uganda kobs, warthogs, Elephants, Buffaloes, among others. After the game drive, you will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Have your breakfast very early in the morning, depart for an early morning game drive as early as 6am to the rolling plains of Uganda’s second largest National Park i the Kasenyi Plains and look out for: lions, leopards, buffaloes, hippos, waterbucks, warthogs, leopards, Uganda Kobs, and elephants. For any birder, there are quite a number of birds to sight too during the drive. After the game drive, you will return to the lodge and relax as you wait for lunch.
After lunch at the lodge, you will go for a 2-hour boat cruise trip on the Kazinga Channel which connects Lakes George and Edward and you will surely be fascinated by the concentrations of giant hippos, buffaloes, elephants and crocodiles among others. You will also see many varieties of birds at the water shores. You will have dinner and overnight at the lodge.

After your morning breakfast, you will head to the Kalinzu Forest Reserve where you will embark on a Chimpanzee Trekking experience in the reserve. During this trek you will have an opportunity to see other primates species and many bird species. You will spend one(1) hour with the chimpanzees after finding a group.
After the Chimpanzee Trekking in Kalinzu Forest, you will transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park while enjoying the scenic views of the country side. You will have a lunch stop where you will have hot lunch and you will continue your journey to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. You will arrive at the lodge where you will check in to the lodge. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

After the early morning breakfast, you will proceed to UWA visitor’s reception where briefing is done before trekking at 7:30am about the dos and don’ts while with the gorillas. Remember to carry your packed lunch and enough drinking water since you may stay in the forest up to afternoon in search of these gentle giants in their natural environment. Gorilla trekking exercise is physically demanding but an exciting activity! You may need to hire a porter to assist you during trekking and these are readily available at the park headquarters. Time allowed to spend with gorillas is 1 hour when you have found them and this is enough to ask all the questions about their behaviour. Return to the lodge after trekking and freshen up. In the evening, Batwa pygmies will be invited to entertain you with their dances, storytelling after you have dinner and overnight. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

After breakfast depart from the lodge in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and head to Lake Mburo National Park, the smallest Savannah National park in Uganda. You will reach the park in the afternoon for lunch, and then you will check in to the lodge and relax thereafter. You will then have an evening game drive where you will encounter wildlife such as giraffes, zebras, impalas, elands, buffaloes, Waterbucks among others. After the evening game drive, you will return to the lodge for overnight stay and dinner.

After your morning breakfast, the game rangers will take you for a guided morning safari where you will go close to the animals such as zebras, impalas, Common Elands, waterbucks among others for a unique wild experience. After you will have a morning game drive as you exit the park and set off to Entebbe International Airport. Along the way you will have a stop at the Equator in Kayabwe for memorable photos and the famous water experiment that show that earth is separated into the Northern and Southern Hemisphere and you will have a chance to enjoy both the hemispheres. You will have an en-route lunch and you continue your journey to Entebbe International Airport.
