Your adventure begins with a morning pickup from Arusha as we journey toward the classic African savannah of Tarangire National Park. Ancient baobabs rise dramatically across the golden plains, while elephants graze peacefully beneath their immense, twisted branches.
Spend the afternoon exploring the park’s wildlife-rich landscapes, following the Tarangire River—the lifeline that draws enormous herds of elephants, zebras, wildebeest, and giraffes to its banks. Keep watch for lions and other predators moving through the surrounding grasslands.
A delicious picnic lunch will be served in the heart of the bush, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the wild. As the afternoon light turns golden, we leave the park and continue toward the dramatic Great Rift Valley escarpment.
Arrive at Escarpment Luxury Lodge Manyara for a sumptuous dinner and a peaceful evening overlooking the spectacular landscape.

Day 2

We rise early today to descend into the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater, a vast volcanic caldera and one of Africa’s most extraordinary wildlife sanctuaries. As the morning mist lifts from the crater floor, the first light reveals a remarkable concentration of wildlife, from endangered black rhinos and powerful lion prides to enormous bull elephants.
We explore the crater’s diverse habitats, following the tracks and waterways where wildlife gathers. Enjoy a magical picnic lunch on the crater floor, with hippos wallowing in the nearby waters and the surrounding landscape creating an unforgettable backdrop. With wildlife concentrated within this natural enclosure, every turn offers the possibility of a remarkable encounter.
After a full day of exploration, we ascend the crater walls and return to our peaceful retreat. A warm gourmet dinner awaits at Escarpment Luxury Lodge Manyara before you settle in for your final night surrounded by the beauty of northern Tanzania.

Day 3
Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha

Our final morning takes us into the lush landscapes of Lake Manyara National Park, where groundwater forests, open floodplains, and the shores of the soda lake create a remarkably diverse ecosystem. Keep your eyes open for baboons moving through the forest, elegant giraffes crossing the plains, and, with a little luck, the park’s famous tree-climbing lions.
We continue toward the lake, where thousands of flamingos may gather along the shallow waters, creating a beautiful ribbon of pink against the surrounding landscape. The park is also a haven for birdlife, making every stretch of the drive an opportunity for a discovery.
A lovely hot lunch will be served during the day before we begin our journey back to Arusha. After your final game drive, we will drop you off at your preferred location, whether in Arusha, at Kilimanjaro International Airport, or Arusha Airport.
